Cliff Hanger TV Shows and Creation

I saw the following video, and it immediately reminded me of what I chose to name this collection of blog posts...

It reminds me of how small I am that such complicated physics were not only imagined, constructed, and created by God, but that an intellectual curve was put in place, whereby humans could slowly begin to understand what God has done.

It calls to mind all the old "cliffhanger" TV shows of the 70's and 80's. Some of you remember what I'm talking about: the daytime and nighttime soap operas, the subtle romance "dramedy" and all the other genres that shamelessly used a cliffhanger ending to get you to "tune in next week!"

It appears through creation that God leaves similarly subtle clues for the most intelligent among us (the scientists, the mathematicians, the physics gurus, etc.) to keep us coming back for more and more pieces of who He really is. It's almost as if He knows exactly how much we would be able to digest at one time, and He allows bite-size pieces to enter the scientific community, one little piece at a time.

To me, it is just another clear-cut reminder of how much He deserves our worship:
"The God who made the world and everything in it, this Master of sky and land, doesn't live in custom-made shrines or need the human race to run errands for him, as if he couldn't take care of himself. He makes the creatures; the creatures don't make him. Starting from scratch, he made the entire human race and made the earth hospitable, with plenty of time and space for living so we could seek after God, and not just grope around in the dark but actually find him. He doesn't play hide-and-seek with us. He's not remote; he's near. We live and move in him, can't get away from him! One of your poets said it well: 'We're the God-created." -Acts 17:24-28 (The Message)
